Courtney’s journey with Total Health Chiropractic began as a patient, seeking a second opinion for a back injury and determined to avoid surgery. What she discovered was more than just relief—it was a transformative experience that shifted her perspective on health and wellness. Inspired by the results she experienced through Chiropractic and Wellness care, Courtney decided to pursue a more meaningful career and joined the Total Health team.
As the Marketing and Outreach Coordinator and Chiropractic Assistant, Courtney brings a unique combination of professional experience and personal passion to her role. With a strong background in Health and Benefits Administration and Finance, she excels at connecting with patients, employers, and community partners, blending her healthcare knowledge with a human perspective. Whether she’s assisting with office events, supporting patient care, or expanding Total Health’s outreach, Courtney is driven by her genuine desire to help others feel their best.
Personal Life
Though originally from outside of Iowa, Courtney has called the state home since childhood. She’s a proud mom to one amazing son and shares her home with a lively collection of plants and animals—her very own “zoo.” Courtney also volunteers with a local dog rescue and fosters pups in need of a fresh start.
Courtney believes in the power of healing, the strength of community, and the sacredness of Taco Tuesday.
